Daily Visit
The admissions office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30a-5p. To guarantee tour and appointment availability the admissions office prefers at least 24-hour notice.
Daily visits include an official campus tour and an appointment with an admissions representative. Please let us know below what else you are interested in doing while on campus!

Saturday Visit
The admissions office is open on select Saturdays by session registration with start times of 10:00a or 11:30a.
Saturday sessions include a group presentation with an admissions representative and a campus tour. Note that Saturday sessions last roughly an hour and a half.
Note: We apologize for any inconvenience but classes and professor appointments are not available on Saturday visits. Coach availability varies.

Overnight Visit Policy
Thanks again for signing up to visit EMU; we look forward to providing you with a great experience. You have indicated that you are interested in staying overnight in the residence halls. Staying overnight on a college visit is a great way to get to know us. Please review the overnight visit policy and provide us with the following information.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By voluntarily attending and participating in an Eastern Mennonite University Overnight Visit, I understand and agree that Eastern Mennonite University is not responsible for and will not assume any responsibility for any actions, injuries sustained, or damages caused while participating in the Overnight Visit or when traveling to and from any Overnight Visit event. I will conduct myself in a responsible and mature manner at all times in accordance with the standards of conduct of Eastern Mennonite University and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

COVID-19
Given the continuing presence of COVID-19, there are a few additional expectations. Please review these and sign at the bottom signifying your willingness to comply with these expectations.
1. Masking is optional in indoor spaces at EMU. Any person who feels more comfortable wearing a mask is encouraged to do so.
*Some classes may have class-specific mask recommendations.
2. You have not tested positive for COVID-19 or been a close contact in the last 14 days
3. You have not experienced any of the following COVID-19 symptoms in the past 48 hours: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, loss of sense of taste or smell, muscle pain, sore throat.
4. By visiting campus and staying overnight, you assume the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
