Spiritual Growth Plan

We are all spiritual beings with the ability to nurture our spirituality. The EMU Office of Faith and Spiritual Life invites you to complete this Spiritual Growth Plan as one way of intentionally choosing practices and activities to help you grow spiritually and deepen your faith and/or values and ethics during your college years.

Please respond to a few general questions and then consider completing the entire Spiritual Growth Plan. A copy of your Spiritual Growth Plan will be sent to you, to the campus pastor and to your Transitions leader (if applicable.) If you want anyone else to receive a copy, there is a place to give their name at the end of the form.
